Stress free and comfortable situation all around. Joseph and Mary are great to work with and an overall great all around experience.
Joseph and Mary have been absolutely wonderful to work with. Our apartment was beautifully kept, repainted for us after the previous tenant had left a lot of damage. Easy to drop off monthly payments and never gave us any hassle through our stay. Their handyman Ricardo was wonderful too! Highly recommend their building on Olympic!
The moment I called Ardmore to find out about an apartment I knew that I was going to live there. Mary was the most friendly person and made things very easy for us. Joseph our landlord is always very friendly and took care of everything we need. Never bothered us with anything. I am moving out of this beautiful home just because I am moving cross country otherwise I would have stayed in the same place for many years. I highly recommend them !
