We as a family of four are not happy with Ardmore Cates Creek Apartments. We’ve had some major issues and they are not addressed in a way that makes us feel as if Ardmore cares about the needs of the residents. The only response you will ever get is this is all I can do or say this is what corporate has told us. If you attempt to contact corporate yourself you will not get any answers only a response of well what do you want us to do about it. Penny has been very attentive to all the details necessary for helping us get settled in our new apartment. Cates Creek has exceeded our expectations and made our relocation to Hillsborough from out of state a pleasant experience.
Roomy apartments, nice environment, good facilities (including pool, fire pit, bbq).
We moved here exactly a month ago and can say that our experience has been great! The apartment is incredibly spacious and very clean. The grounds are well maintained and clean. Everyone here is very friendly and the location is perfect. The office staff Kyle and Robin are always friendly and warm. We moved from a terrible living situation and have been so relieved and satisfied with our apartment.
I have had a great experience! Staff are super friendly and willing to help. The amenities are great. It’s a safe and quiet area.
I have found the community to be super friendly, well maintained. Close enough to the cities I need to shop and eat at but just far enough out to be peaceful and quiet. Easy access to I-40. We moved into our new apartment in the Spring and have absolutely loved living here.
