Spent several days looking for hospice care for my 94 year old mother that has several health issues. Reached out to Ardent and had them come to my house. After going back and forth with them for a few days I get a text telling me my mom was denied with no reason. I asked to speak with someone on the review team and Matt called me to tell me he really didn’t know why and that it had something to do with billing and my mom being on hospice previously in another state. Ardent Hospice is a wonderful group of people to work with. They took such great care of our dad as he ended this life’s journey and moved on to the next one. I am so glad that I shopped around. This is the best hospice provider in the area. Small family run provider with highly personalized attention given to each client. Matt even offered to move my aunt’s big heavy lift chair into her new facility for her. Ardent staff are genuine, compassionate partners in care.
