I cannot say enough good things about this company and staff. Making the choice for hospice is already stressful and difficult enough but Laquisha (the director) and her staff have made the process seemingly stress free and easy. My grandparents were in a physical rehab together after a hospital stay. The rehabs hospice (Pruitt) was already set up to meet my grandfather and me at 0930 at the rehab to get him set up as he’s in end stage dementia. Spent several days looking for hospice care for my 94 year old mother that has several health issues. Reached out to Ardent and had them come to my house. After going back and forth with them for a few days I get a text telling me my mom was denied with no reason. I asked to speak with someone on the review team and Matt called me to tell me he really didn’t know why and that it had something to do with billing and my mom being on hospice previously in another state.
