Last December I went in for a dental cleaning when the receptionist asked me to "settle up" over $100 was owed. This shocked me because I'm covered 100% for 2 cleanings/year. Being it was after Christmas, I didn't have the money readily available and said, "Well, I'll have to reschedule. I don't have it!" I was leaving when she chased me to the parking lot, yelling my name. I was already mortified that I had to say "I don't have the money" in front of other patients and now this! SHADY DENTIST!! This dental office is by far the worst I have ever been to. I came in to have my permanent retainer re glued after it popped out. I explained what happened to the doctor and she didn’t do anything I asked for. I then told her about the place where the wire popped out and she said it was fine. Wire was still poking out so she just put some more glue on top. I went home and had a family member look at the tooth and he said it looked unsecure and sloppy. It was great. Very informative and felt well taken care of.
My experience with Arden and with Doctor Formoli was first class, including our communication, developing a reasonable Financial and work plan, and I felt very much included in the process. The staff was very in tune with the doctors needs & their system was flawless. All staff members were polite courteous and respectful. Very poor experience. It's all about money and Dr Formoli over billed me and my insurance carrier and failed at placing an implant crown and refused to see me again or attempt to redo the failed work which was only a few months old. Was investigated by Delta Delta who found her to be negligent in her work and ruled that she pay me back as well pay as Delta Dental. Amazing Experience every time. My husband and I have been going to Arden Park for 10 years. Dr. and staff have been friendly since day one and have always treated us and our dental needs with respect and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Dr. Formoli is the best dentist I have ever had. The restorative and cosmetic work that she has done for me has been great. I also love the friendly and knowledgable staff. I appreciate their attention to detail and concern with providing me with the best possible care.
I really like the new hygienist. She was very knowledgeable and made me comfortable with her work.
