I was really happy with the dentist and work performed but billing was terrible. I gave my insurance information to the office staff and they told me they were going to verify my coverage for the suggested procedures while I was waiting. I was given a print out and paid my portion in full before any work was performed. Several months later I get a bill in the mail for over 5 times the original price I had already paid. Competent dentistry, but no matter how much the insurance pays, the bill is always higher and the balance comes out of pocket. One of their dental techs tried to sell us a $100 toothbrush every time we went and once said he couldn't do teeth cleaning in a single visit. We had to pay cash for the second session.
