This was by far the worst care facility I’ve ever been to! It smelled absolutely HORRIBLE! The patient all looked like zombies and not well taken cared of. The workers all looked rough and no where near preventable. The staff was so over baring and pushing hospice on people that truly just didn’t need it. The hospice coordinator is so rude and shows she doesn’t care about her patients just the benefit the facility gets out of putting all the patients in hospice. Every time I visit Arden Courts I see a group of friendly staff. Jennifer the DON is always welcoming and kind. I recommend people to tour here if looking for a place for their loved ones
