Mary Anne butchered my hair and they won't fix it or have another stylist fix it. I walked in with a long bob and walked out with it all one length and choppy not even remotely even. This is not the first time someone was not happy with her on the reviews. It took 4 hours to do my hair. I asked for blonde highlights and they are red! She sucks!
