Great customer service and installation! I am really pleased with my interactions with Ryan and Arctic Mechanical. I did the 16 SEER Communicating unit for future proofing and the Energy Star qualification. As an environmental professional that certification is important to me. This unit uses a more environmentally friendly refrigerant, R-410. My previous unit was R12 which is significantly worse than the R410. Happy to have my AC unit replaced and finally be done with my 2017 Hail Storm repairs.

So appreciative of a company that works this hard and has superior service! Was out of town for the recent heatwave without working A/C and Ryan installed a new unit before I even got back so it wouldn't be 100° upon my return. Highly recommend!

Ryan is extremely accommodating and came out on short notice to take a look at my air conditioner since it wasn't working. It didn't take Ryan long to figure out the issue and quickly fix it. This is a great company and one that will do anything for his customers.
Ryan is a lifesaver. He called me within 15 minutes of leaving a message and was at our house the same day to restore our heat. He suspected something else might be wrong so waited to take payment and sure enough he was right! We had some recalls on our furnace. He was great and clearly cares about his customers!
