We love our new a/c unit! So happy with this company. Ryan and Sarah are awesome, super nice and they respond to calls and emails quickly! They were able to give an estimate and schduled within a week. The crew that came out were really friendly, on time and got it done quickly, they new what they were doing plus left no mess behind!! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this company! Yesterday our remodeling carpenter accidentally hit a gas line. We had a small leak. I called Arctic Mechanical and -NO EXAGGERATION- within 25 minutes they were here to fix it!!! They are polite experts, courteous and understanding to home owners. Class acts. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Last week the heat went out on a listing of mine.... On the day of closing! If I didn't get the heat back running the buyers weren't going to close. I made a desperate call to Ryan asking for help. He was at the home within 30 minutes, had it diagnosed and repaired in a little over an hour. Closing was only delayed for 2 hours but did close that same day. I would absolutely recommend Arctic Mechanical to anyone.
We have been using Arctic for years and have never been disappointed!!! In our old house they replaced our furnace and AC with Day and Night and we were impressed with the quality and warranties. Ryan was easy to communicate with, and they were clean, courteous, and efficient. After that they installed a garage heater and helped with some issues when we sold our house. Thank Artic Mechancial! My air conditioner died when we were having our 90 degree weekend! I found Artic Mechancial through Google. Emailed them and got a response quickly that was supportive and accomodating. I got a call from Ryan to schedule a time and he diagnosed my situation.
