Purchased air conditioning unit from these people as they never connected the Heat which is part of the unit. .When I realized this one day that we needed heat they came down and claimed it was the buildings job to do , they came back charging me a total of $205 for disconnecting a valve . The technician had an argument with the building manager telling them to do it . It was a mess. This company is a rip off and not to be trusted . Every word they say is a lie.
