Awesome company... I had my a/c go out and they came out the same day and fixed it the same day... I was very impressed with Skylers professionalism and how he explained why he did what he did. I am now sold to this company as I found someone to trust for my residencial a/c needs.
I had some minor issues with my Air-conditioner a couple months ago and Donovan came out to my house to fix it up. I was more than pleased with the customer service I received. Not only did he completely take his time to diagnose the entire system, he actually taught me as much as I wanted to know about how my system works. I love Arctic Air! I was recommended to them by a friend as an honest, up-front, extremely experienced business, and that's hard to find in the air conditioning/heating repair market! I was in distress because our A/C suddenly stopped cooling our house, and I called them at 7 pm, expecting to pay overtime fees just for them to come out and assess the problem.
