I have been trying to get in contact with someone for the longest, I fill out the contact form online and nothing. I finally found a branch for Arcor in the USA here in Miami and I call the phone number and none of the options get me to anyone! It plays hold music and than it stops like someone is going to answer and than clicks a few times an hangs up! How can I speak to someone since there isn't even a email address.....
