Their cappuccino machine doesn't work. When you ask them they just say "it should be fixed next week" but its been months.
I have never had a worse experience at a gas station! I decided to pay cash, as the listed price is Arco's cash price ($5.09 is a bargain in my area). I gave over what I thought I would need because I wanted to really fill up to the brim. I gave Rudy, the cashier, the pump number (6), and he repeated it back to me, which I confirmed.
