On 31 August at 10:27 AM, I had a terrible experience at the Arco store. The employers was extremely rude and unprofessional in the way he spoke to me. The service was also very slow, and it felt like he had no interest in helping customers. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I left the store feeling very disappointed. Arco needs to seriously look into improving staff attitude and customer service.
I had a very disappointing experience at Arco Car Wash today. The employee named Harpal Singh treated me very poorly. His behavior was rude and unprofessional, and it left me feeling very uncomfortable as a customer. I came here expecting good service, but instead, I was treated with disrespect. I hope management looks into this and takes steps to improve customer service.
