Very quick and efficient. Polite staff that are informed about their job duties. I had x-rays,consultation, and four teeth pulled. All completed in a hour and fifteen minutes. Sent home with appropriate medications to ease my pain during healing process. Really great experience in a clean environment.
My wisdom teeth extraction went extremely smoothly! I felt very comfortable with Dr. Loveless and his staff. They explained the procedure and answered all of my questions. They called to check on me after the surgery and made sure I was doing well. I would recommend their office highly!
Dr. Loveless is a skilled and compassionate healthcare provider! He provided superb care to my 88 year old mother who suffers from dementia. Dr. Loveless and his staff cheerfully took the extra time required to treat my mother and demonstrated great empathy and patience during her appointment. Husband had some work done, very caring staff. They made everyone comfortable. Doctor was amazing, nurse made sure my husband was ok and had everything needed! Environment is very relaxing and calm, comfy couches and chairs to sit in (which meant a lot to me being 38 weeks pregnant lol)
I had two wisdom teeth removed on July 13th. I was very nervous the morning of the surgery. I was taken back 5 minutes after my arrival and every staff member was friendly, patient, and calming. Michelle was so nice and is a reminder of how customer/patient service should be delivered. Thank you to everyone!
