Archstone! Overall I love this place! Pros: Helpful & friendly staff Gorgeous lake with access large sq ft apartments close to Microsoft / Nintendo / Bus stops etc. Parking is not an issue Online payments and issue support Pet friendly Lease allows wall painting! Alot of community social events Cons: Like most of Redmond, its so pricey! Only a select few apartments have lakeview rent spikes up even if wanting to renew/extend lease

What the heck is with "KK" who works in the office? Incredibly rude when you speak with him on the phone, when I ask for a supervisor he just keeps repeating "I can help you" over and over again. Constantly interrupts you mid-sentence - and he yells into the phone saying "I CANT HEAR YOU" when I have perfect signal....what a moron! Filing a complaint with the corporate office today.
