Hmm. Rules say no dogs by the pool or in the grilling area where I prepare food. Oh look, there's one now. Oh..now they're letting it pee and poop in the common area. No wonder there are so many empty units here....
This is the worst community I have EVER lived in. The apartments themselves are disgusting and cheap & the building owners refuse to update anything in the apartments but will jack your rent up to 2000 a month for a one bedroom apt. The workers in the office are pretentious and rude (although they are the workers). The mail man is very rude also and will sometimes leave food in your mailbox.
