Disgusting. The “daily” trash service hasn’t been here in over a week, so the trash and smell is piling up in the hallway. Three days in a row, a different person told me the trash would be picked up “tonight” and nothing has happened. There are spilled drinks and rotting food that has been there for months, although they claim they power wash every other day. I’m embarrassed to bring people over here.
RecommendedVery chill. Wonderful place for us students to study, expiriment, socialize, and explore our talents and arts. Includes 24/7 FREE Wi-Fi, so, if ever you are working on an extensive research paper, help is always available. This marvelous place also includes a weight/exercise room for the athletics, a sauna for the fruits, etc. Honestly, The Archive is one of the nicest, luxurious, and most courteous apartment complexes I have vacationed at in a very long while.

RecommendedOur daughter loves it there, her apartment is quiet, and mgmt has been great to work with.
The staff is rude and dismissive of issues brought to their attention. Concern for the safety and security of residents in non-existent. There have been many thefts and car accidents, yet nothing is being done to prevent future incidents. You need to do better, Archive.

So far I am loving my experience with the Archive and cannot wait for the fall!
