likely the worst hospital in CT. Staff appear depressed. There seems to be a lack of motivation. Sleepy voices. Slow slumpy gaits. Seven phone calls this morning and not a one answered my questions and every single one of them transferred me to someone else. Neither the main operator or nursing supervisor showed any concern for helping me get the information i needed or demonstrated any concern for the quality of a patient experience. Is less one star the service and unprofessional of the doctor ( afroamerican ) today 8/11/2024 at 9pm work in Emergency room is terrible . Treat the pacient like an animal . He don’t want identify his name very rude
