BE WARNED...I would strongly encourage you NOT to use Archie's. They improperly installed a gas fireplace causing damage to my home. The response from the company and "Bob" was the absolute WORST I have ever experienced. When I first noticed water damage to my ceiling, I contacted the home builder. The home is new construction and the home builder came to inspect the issue. They determined the fireplace was improperly installed and documented it in writing. A few months ago, I went to Archie's to look at fireplaces. When I arrived, the closed sign was up and no one was there. I confirmed I was there during their regular hours. I called and got a voicemail. I left a message and never received a call back. Fast forward, and I go back to their store. Archies partnered with us to complete a fireplace renovation and also install screens. A+ service, would do business with Archies and the team again!
We had two technicians come out to our house on November 7 to look at installing a screen in our outdoor fireplace. They determined that it would be a custom build metal frame with a magnetic screen piece that you could attach and detach. We liked the idea and agreed. We were supposed to receive a design and quote within a week or two via email. We waited a month and received nothing, so we called to follow up.
