DO NOT USE! After setting up a fireplace maintenance appointment online through their website, I was informed that I would receive verification before they arrived. On the day of the appointment I called them to verify (as I had not heard from them) and was told the earliest appointment they had was twelve days later. Unbelievably unreliable!

I've have a gas fire place that hasn't been used years and my tenant wanted to use it around Christmas time so I called company to come out to clean and service it. They couldn't get the pilot to stay lit and told me I would need a whole new unit because of many things. Someone recommended Archie's so I booked service call. They had it going within 30 minutes and told me the fireplace unit was in good shape, it just needed a little tender loving care with some adjustments.. Asked for a quote for a new glass shield and for a brand new fireplace. Had Dwaine the sales guy come and take measurements. Called after 2 weeks to see what is the quote. Was told that they didn’t do it yet. Haven’t heard from them since. (It has been more than a month and a half. Horrible customer service! Do not recommend.
