This is the place to buy a car. We have had so many bad experiences at car dealerships, so we were so happy to find archibalds! James wasn't your typical pushy salesman, and the finance team was incredible. The whole team went above and beyond to make the sale that was right for my family, not just what was right for them.

I spotted a commercial truck I wanted online from Tacoma where I live. I called them ask them a whole lot of questions, like what I heard and put a non-refundable deposit down hoping what they said was true. We got all the paperwork squared away in advance and I flew from Seattle to Pasco hoping for the best. Very friendly, helpful staff. When we purchased our equinox Jan 2, it was a little icy and when I went to get in the car the owner himself had put down rock salt and helped me into the car; no that's service above and beyond!
