Archibald's is truly the best place in Tri-Cities to buy a car! I have purchased my last 4 vehicles at Archibalds! Their customer service is outstanding !! When I had a problem w/ the Lexus 350RX I bought last month I stopped by yesterday to talk to Jordan. He promptly scheduled me w/ their auto shop and had me driving again by this afternoon.
