Lived at these apartments for over a year with my little family and thank god finally moved out!!! After dealing with so many broken things and Cockroaches 🤢 Take in MIND that me and my husband would called for work orders. They would always tell us " We will put it in the system so they can fix it." yeah right it would take weeks , months , and of course a year ! But yet we still got charged!! Where oh where do I START with this hell hole?! My husband and I signed a lease for a year...which we THANKFULLY just got out of in February. In the beginning, this place seems FANTASTIC...I mean, we rented the one bedroom loft apartment and things seemed great with it...even the landscaping of the grounds was on point...what more could you ask for? When first moving into this place I was in awe by how amazing I thought it was!! Nice two story apartments, tucked away, super friendly management and great landscaping. Then come to find out this apartment complex is filled with roaches. Walking outside during the summer, they are EVERYWHERE. The walls are so extremely thin I can hear my neighbor having a conversation. My garbage disposal broke a good 5 times within my first month of being here before they actually replaced it.
