First and foremost, communication was abysmal. I often found myself chasing after Michael for updates on the property, and more often than not, my inquiries were met with delayed responses or, worse yet, complete silence. We rented a house through Michael and he was our point of contact during the rental period. The contracting process went very smoothly. As the property manager, he was very responsive and thoroughly addressed any issues that came up. It was a great experience and I would definitely rent through him again.
