The daily staff is so rude and unprofessional. Never seem to get info from the doctor. I would give it less stars if possible.
Archer was a nightmare that came true. After being hospitalized and the Doctor misconstruing a conversation I found myself locked in there for 7 days. When I say locked up I truly mean locked up like a caged animal. Being told when you can shower, brush your teeth, having to ask for restrooms to be unlocked and the disgusting hospital food. The patients are treated far worse than inmates. The bathrooms are something you would give yard animals. Most of the staff are fairly pleasant. Has anyone considered taking legal action? I can not express enough how incredibly disappointed and angry I am with the “treatment” or rather, and more accurately the lack there of, that the evil clowns in scrubs (employees) provided to patients. IT IS A NIGHTMARE. The conditions and environment here are inhumane and appalling. A stay at Archer Institute will most certainly exacerbate any concerns that one may have about themselves or a loved one’s well-being. Staying here will make the conditions that you are seeking treatment for more severe and prolonged, due to the inhumane and cruel nature of the facility and its employees.
