I had a decent experience living here. I think in the past, they had a lot of issues, but I didn't personally have that bad of an experience. I lived in a 1 bedroom, and it was generally clean and quiet. There are officers living in the complex, and I would walk around at night. I had no issues, really. Management was helpful, maintenance did a decent job.
Would not recommend As a tenant at Archer apartments for 2.6 years, I feel my review is more than accurate. Short story: If you absolutely cannot find anything cheaper and do not want roommates, it is ok. All of the five stars reviews are from broke college kids trying to win $250 . Be prepared for homeless people dumpster diving daily (around 4pm to be exact), unreliable community washer and dryers, a pool which is rarely useable, and your car being broken into.
