Archdale Animal Clinic is the best! All the employees are like my family. They are always kind, considerate and caring. I would not not trust anyone else with my babies. Dr Buttke has seen all my pets for over 10 years. I've had several older dogs and cats and they AAC gave them fantastic care. They must have had good care, they lived to be 15, 15, 14, and 16. I have a 10 year old and a 2 year old and I'm counting on Dr Buttke to see them well into their teens as well!!
The most loving, knowledgeable and caring staff. Been with them for years and I have nothing but praise for the entire group!
Archdale Animal Clinic has disappointed me time and time again and it is the same thing each time... poor customer service. They have no clue how to talk to customers. I called them this morning to bring my German Shepard in as he got into a fight with our bull mastiff last night and has a good sized hole in his leg and needs attn asap.... they put me on hold to tell me there is nothing available (which ok, but if I was to come in as an emergency somehow they would see him)... proceeded to tell me he hasn't been seen there i... read more
