horrible just horrible. allowing animals to escape, not alerting owners until 24 hrs later, owners finding dog themselves then dog is killed on the interstate. on top of this Archdale Animal Clinic is deleting negative reviews that are telling the truth about the events. prepare to be sued out of business and good riddance
My friend’s dog was allowed to escape from this “clinic” and was killed in traffic. Negligence isn’t even the word for these creeps. I hope they lose every customer they have over this incident.
This place is awful. They lost a dog and didn’t notify the owner for 24 hours. The dog died as a result of their negligence! DO NOT board your animals here if you expect them to be taken care of!!!!
A friend from high school dropped their animal off trusting them to watch them when they went to the beach. Came back and THEY LOST THEIR DOG. soon after, found the dog on the highway in the worse possible way. Now they are dismissing this incident as if it didn’t happen at all.

This place is an absolute disgrace. I used them years ago, but when my dogs died after being boarded there, that was it. Mind you they had a clean bill of heath when they entered. Then, a friend of mine boards her beloved pet here and they LOOSE the dog!!!!!! You had one job and you failed!! That’s not even the worst part. I have worked in the vet field for over 7 years. I recently moved to the Thomasville area from Raleigh. I currently work at a vet in Greensboro. Today one of my babies began having another seizure, I knew it was probably not a good idea to try and travel half hour with him. I took him to Archdale.
