Told to cancel my surgery because the pre-op paperwork was not here…while all the time having the paperwork!
It seems everyone that works here is on their own schedule. Nobody, seems to be working cohesively and everyone working against each other……
I had an appointment today at 1:00 for a lung scan and was seen promptly at 1:00. I would like to commend everyone for their kindness and professionalism. I felt care and compassion from all the staff I encountered. Thank you.
I am so disappointed and disgusted with this facility. I came here for a 3 hour glucose test. This means I’ve already been fasting since bedtime the night before since I got here. They do not care in the slightest I am pregnant and fasting. They’re waiting until NOW to draw my blood (8:30 am) even though I’ve been here since 8 and was told to get here at 8. Now I have to wait until they get the results back from the hospital on that first draw to give me the glucose drink and start the test (will take atleast 30 min to 1 hou... read more
