Told to cancel my surgery because the pre-op paperwork was not here…while all the time having the paperwork!
It seems everyone that works here is on their own schedule. Nobody, seems to be working cohesively and everyone working against each other……
I had an appointment today at 1:00 for a lung scan and was seen promptly at 1:00. I would like to commend everyone for their kindness and professionalism. I felt care and compassion from all the staff I encountered. Thank you.
