My first visit was today. I was highly impressed. Everyone so sweet and nice. Loved Dr Jain and staff. It was a very thorough assessment. Took time to listen. I feel very at ease. Thank you so much
What a gift it is to be seen by Dr. Jain and her incredible team. From her front desk girl (Deena) to her sweet nurses and N.P Dhanani I am always welcomed with friendliness, care, and great bedside manner. Being diagnosed with an autoimmune is hard enough, but having a Dr. who cares and works with you to find something that works for you is a blessing. If you are looking for a Rheumatologist, look no further than Dr.Jain and her staff. I cant recommend her enough.
The office staff were the only good part of my experience. After two visits and labs, I was told everything was fine (the labs said otherwise and I read over all of them beforehand). At the second appointment I had to remind Dr. Jain to even go over the labs after she tried to skip over them completely. Her NP tried to insinuate my issues were all in my head after seeing decade old scars that were self-inflicted. Absolutely Fantastic results from Dr Jain and her staff! My arthritis journey has been rough and severe, to say the least. But these unbelievable folks have been so kind, so tender, so patient as we've tried upwards of ten different Pharmaceuticals to help me relieve some of the pain and get me on track to better manage my body for the future!
