Aaron comes off as very rude. I'm not sure if it is in fact rudeness or incompetence, but either way dealing with him is horribly painful. The few maintenance request were very slow to process if ever fixed. A minimal security deposit was given back even though the place was returned in the shape it was first rented. Arch properties claimed excessive charges to retain the security deposit. Arch properties is not the rental agency you want to rent a house/apartment from and if you do, do not expect your security deposit back.
BEWARE. Do not rent from ARCH properties or have your property represented by them. They are unprofessional, incompetent, and use abusive tactics with college students. And, regardless of the condition you leave the property in, do not expect your security deposit back. We are pursuing legal action.
Aaron is probably the rudest realtor I have to deal with. He takes his business and clients for granted. Won't lay a finger to help you with your house issues until it's more convenient for him (right before you move out so he can find tenants to take over the lease).
