Working with Dr. Chinnappan was a very nice experience. He and his staff did a great job, I highly recommend you consider Dr. Chinnappan if you thinking about weight loss surgery.

Dr Kumaran is a knowledgeable surgeon who cares about his patients. I had a sleeve done in 9/16 and have lost 118 pounds so far. My overall health has improved drastically. I now walk 6-9 miles a day. Dr. Kumaran has been my doctor and cheerleader thourghout this whole process. He also performed a hernia repair on me in 4/17. Something I had prior to WLS. I highly recommend Dr. Kumaran to anyone looking into WLS. Office wait times are rarely over 10 minutes.

It's been 2 years since my RNY and I've lost 150 lbs! Dr. Chinnapan still contacts me for follow-up visits and is genuinely concerned about all of the details.
I have spoken to several people about my surgery and have told them all to go to Dr. Chinnappan if they decide to go forward. He is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to make sure all of my questions are answered. You can tell he really cares for his patients.

I attended a weight loss surgery seminar hosted by Dr. Chinnappan. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the various surgical weight loss procedure's and his openness to answering any and all questions regarding the surgeries and benefits as well as potential side effects and risks/complications. His warm and friendly demeanor was an added bonus to selecting him as my surgeon.
