I have been a customer at Arch for years. I made an appointment there to have my hair and make-up done for my wedding. I received a phone call four days before my wedding to tell me that they could not accommodate my appointment. I was initially told that it was a mistake that I was ever able to make my appointment - a "glitch" in their system. I had Arch come to my hotel room prior to my wedding. They did such an amazing job and are such sweet girls, we loved working with them! I would highly recommend, I felt so beautiful on my wedding day!
I went to Arch for hair and makeup on my wedding day and I'm so glad I did. Everything turned out beautifully. Cara, the wedding coordinator, helped me schedule trial runs so that I could make sure everything would come out how I wanted on my wedding day. The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Despite the lack of diversity in their photos, they were able to handle my hair and makeup, so I would say definitely give them a try if you are on the fence.

I had a blowout and make up app about 3 months ago. During the blowout the woman got a round brush stuck in my hair, yes stuck with hair tangled in it. She tugged & pulled getting some out, then proceeded to ask me if it’s okay if she just pulls it out ripping out the remaining attached hair. I said no but that was really the only option with how stuck she had gotten it....they then still charged me full price. I recently got married in Madison. We were left in the lurch after initially hiring a shady wedding make-up person to do our services at first. When she did not come through last minute I was left scrambling to find someone that could do our wedding party make-up. Cara was amazing and so wonderful on my first call and every interaction after that.
