Nice little spot. This place is way nicer than it has any right to be for a storage place in Alderpoint, really clean and im not gonna lie the staff were super easy to work with. Really impressed with how easy it was to get a unit, I kinda figured it'd be a headache but it wasnt, and the prices are super fair. My only tiny gripe is the gate hours are a bit tight if you work odd shifts theyre fine for most people though. kinda feels like someone actually cares about running it, definately recommend.
I guess I didn’t understand the contract because they took a week payment out of my deposit after I left, and I definitely wasn’t expecting or aware that would happen.
Best storage units I’ve ever used- property is immaculate all over, the customer service is amazing, and the units are clean, dry, and safe, with lighting. There are no scary people hanging out, not a single piece of litter, and beautiful blooming flower beds greet you at the gate. I once had a problem after hours, and they responded to the emergency number immediately and helped me.
