I would NOT recommend anyone even consider moving into Arcadia’s Edge. I lived there two years and sadly, it ended up being an unpleasant experience. I saw I was frequently charged for “services” that I did not request, and that there were unexplained “service fees” in the rent each month, padding it up at least an extra $20-$40 with no rhyme, reason, or explanation. Great community and great staff!
Place is disgusting we’ve had shootings they don’t pick up the trash they let the pond drain all the fish and turtles are dead the pool is disgustingly dirty the grills don’t work the fireplace doesn’t work trees fall down they just leave them this place is actually Not good enough for my dog! As a matter fact there’s dog poop everywhere not my dogs we pick ours up but you can’t throw it away in the doggy station because those cans don’t get emptied
Management is friendly and responsive to requests. My first time in many years living in an apartment; I am impressed with the level of professionalism at this apartment complex. Great workout and pool facilities; grills are easy to use and well maintained. Love to see a return to a recycling program.
Updated Review: Lived here for 2-3 years and overall enjoyed it. Maintenance was always very mindful and prompt. The quality of the apartments was worth the price and I hardly ever needed to call because of things not working. Anytime I had to pick up a package from the front office, the staff was extremely nice and welcoming. During the moveout process, management was very flexible and helpful. I have lived here for almost 2 years and I couldn't be happier. I looked at a lot of other apartment complexes in the Columbia area and nothing compared to Arcadia's Edge. It's quiet, clean and beautiful landscaping! The inside of the apartments are very modern and high quality. I'm very pleased with the staff and all the amenities that the complex has to offer! Great place to live!
