this is a terrible place to live and will cost more than you think this place is terrible. there are german roaches. As another commenter said, they will also accuse you of smoking in your apartment. the maintenance guy said they could tell from the air filter, but the air filter wasn't new when we moved in and wasn't changed once in the year we lived there. they still charged us a ludicrous amount of money for smoking. I would rather live on the street than live here again. please, just pay the few hundred extra it will be ... read more

DON'T DO IT! -Current bed bug infestation -There is NO management onsite - they have abandoned us, so fend for yourself! -Homeless people all around the building, some pooping INSIDE the building -Homeless people doing drugs right outside the building -No guarantee that you'll get any of your packages -Neighbors smoking weeds/cigs in a SMOKE-FREE building -Poor ventilation. The Worst Place I’ve Ever Lived BELIEVE THE ONE STAR REVIEWS!! - I was supposed to move into my unit June 9th, when I walked in there were poop stains all over the rug, the place was dirty, and there was so much trash on my balcony I had to fill up a trash bag and throw it out. When I turned on the lights for the first time the switch was popping and buzzing so loudly that maintenance said it was unsafe and turned off my power for the first 4 days I was there until it could be fixed. Poor Customer Service It is disheartening to observe that the employees, who are compensated due to the residents they serve, lack the necessary skills to treat them with care. It is imperative for any organization to prioritize excellent customer service, as it plays a crucial role in their success.

Do Not Move Here If you love terrible customer service and also enjoy getting your maintenance order requests ignored, this place is for you. The fact that it is almost impossible to get ahold of someone to talk to at the leasing office is mind blowing. Don't bother sending an email either because those will never be replied to. They have an emergency line for maintenance requests but it's useless. I have submitted 4 separate work order for water leaks and mold issues and it has not once been resolved.

Do not live here If you enjoy waking up to a leaf blower every weekday as early as 7 am and stepping in dog poop every time you walk around the complex - then this place is for you! Not to mention the sketchy neighbours, appliances that are broken half the time, and the subpar front office personnel.

DONT EVEN BOTHER Don’t even bother trying to rent here. Had a scheduled appointment and nobody ever showed or was even at the leasing office. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. Listen to the other reviews. I asked other tenants going in and out the building and they all said this office is horrible with everything.

Worst place I've ever lived. Worst living experience my roommate and I have ever had. My biggest regret in life is signing a lease here because the apartment is completely unlivable due to our upstairs neighbors being insanely loud and the management being useless about it. We have talked to the neighbors directly, talked to management, called security, called the cops, and done everything reasonable to alleviate the situation. Do NOT trust these people. SKETCHY. Agent told me bank statements were sufficient for income then CHANGED their answer to say it was “not verifiable.” Offered me a co-sign option then took it back by “executive decision”??? Never seen that happen in my 10 years of experience in PM. I’ve been a solid renter for 12 years and never paid late once. I hope their units stay vacant at this point.
