The good nurses/staff leave after understanding how this place runs so people get placed in leader roles that severely lack leadership skills (DON, administrator, etc). You can tell profit is the main goal by all the broken things and lack of equipment/supplies needed to properly care for the patients. For the amount residents pay to stay here, they are not getting care of equal value. Find placement elsewhere if at all possible, or leave as soon as able if admitted here. Stay away!
Great place to be! Staff is great & qualified otherwise. CNAs and all other staff work their butts off. It's sad that old staff members "Daisy Lou" would leave a horrible review after being let go.
