Moved in a month ago, and super happy so far about the condition of the building, the apartment, my neighbors, the neighborhood and the staff at Arcade Sunshine. The complex is dog-friendly and my pups love it here.
I live in this building and have lived here for one year. Aside from a few appliances malfunctioning the building is amazing. When you put in a service request, they handle maintenance quickly and thoroughly. Mamie who works at the front desk is always welcoming and in a great mood. The building is always very clean and I am happy to call at home.
