I lived at Arcade Sunshine for over two years and had a great experience. My apartment was spacious and the amenities offered were great. I'd love to give a shoutout to maintenance, especially Angel, for always fixing things quickly and following up when things needed to be ordered. Also love Janiya at the front desk; she is always so sweet! I often had issues getting in contact with the leasing office via email, especially around lease renewal dates, so that is one thing that I think can be worked on.
We’ve lived here for five years across two different buildings, and it’s truly felt like home. The office team, especially Ximone and her crew, have always been helpful, kind, and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. They put care into what they do, from handling requests to organizing fun community events in the lobby that helped us feel connected. Property management has terrible attitude and I knew based off our interaction that if this is what I’m getting to just view an apartment, I can’t Imagine what it would be like to deal with renting here. I booked an appointment on their direct website to view two listed units in person. When I came at my appointed time and asked questions the manager seemed really annoyed and deflected around why I could not tour the unit nor property.
