Having a hard time getting in touch with somebody outside of the Ai leasing agent
Visiting here for a week watching our grand dogs for our son while he travels. The management here does a wonderful job of keeping the public spaces spotless. The amenities are wonderful. We like the free coffee, pool table, rooftop grill and real time package tracking. Mami does a great job managing the place. Our son tells us it is a bargain by DC standards.
I've lived here for just over 6 months and Arcade Sunshine is a breath of fresh air in an increasingly commercially developing city. I was recommended this building by my boss and I landed a sweet apartment where city sounds are mostly non-existent - talk about a great nights sleep! Its nestled in a quiet, residential area of the city. The neighbors have been generally pleasant, quiet, and respectful. All important for someone that works from home.
