I very rarely write reviews, reserving praise for truly outstanding work or service. I can honestly say that ARC Window Cleaning is one of these. Our windows and screens are 20 years old, and they look better than new. My husband said, "It almost looks like there's no glass!" The care and precision was remarkable--others we have used left smudges or didn't get the screens fully clean. Made a call to ARC Window Cleaning on Tuesday for a quote. Antoinette amazingly had Riley out there the very next morning for an estimate and back the same afternoon to do an AWESOME job!!! We just purchased this house and are in the process of making it ours. Well, getting those disgusting windows cleaned was a priority. A HUGE THANK YOU TO ARC FOR THEIR SERVICES!!!!
The technician was efficient and courteous. He cleaned the windows with no streaks and got into the corners. He cleaned our chandelier to make it look like new. I used ARC last year and got the same excellent service this year. I would definitely recommend ARC.
Absolutely amazing company! Their service was great from the beginning to the end! The young man (Bryce) that come to clean our windows was very professional, kind and had the best attitude and character. Antoinette was always polite, kind and wonderful to work with! We will definitely use them in the future!
We needed the roof heating cables replaced on our townhome. I am very pleased with the communication, timeliness, and quality service. They explained their work and recommended changes to our configuration that was thoughtful and improved our setup. I would recommend them to a friend.
