Friendly, upbeat atmosphere. It’s like you’re one of the family. They are great at diagnosing where the pain is coming from and applying the correct gentle technique to get me feeling better. It is a cervical approach rather than a manual manipulation of my neck or spine. It’s great and I look forward to my appointments.
I’ve been coming here for a year and the doctors here take very good care of you. It is a family business and they treat you like family. I’ve had a lot of issues with my neck and they have worked hard to find the right treatment for me that is working and I truly appreciate it and them for it!

ARC of Life has been a life saver. The migraines I had consistently for years since an accident that left me with a concussion have started to be reduced. I’ve gone from having multiple terrible headaches a week to very few in a month. They are so caring in their practice and they don’t work on you until they know the alignment of your spine through X-rays. I love these guys and will recommend them to anyone who is wanting to make a healthy life change!
I been under Dr. Knecht's care for a couple of years. I was having numbness and tingling in my hands, headaches and other issues. Over the course of treatment my posture has improved, I am healthier, and the numbness and tingling are gone. The Arc of Life Family Spinal Care staff is very friendly and helpful. I also love that they do so much for the community to give back. I highly recommend this practice.
