My mom has had a number of Home Heath providers and BY FAR we have had the BEST experience with Kim at Arc. She has been visiting my mom about leg/wound care. She is highly skilled and also very personal and caring and has built a wonderful relationship with my mom. She takes her time and is not rushed. She went so far above and beyond, I was just blown away! I would HIGHLY recommend her. My mom is part of Scripps / United Heath Care and Arc is an approved provider for my mom.
i have had this company after my recent hospitalization and had very pleasant experience. office is prompt in responding my need and nurse Kim is very knowledgeable and professional. i had physical therapist who helped me get stronger and motivated me to exercise. highly recommending them
