We worked with ARC Contracting after a July hail storm caused damage to our roof. We had previously worked with ARC in 2015 so we contacted them for an inspection. From start to finish Nick Dunst was a true professional providing support and assistance. He always had our best interest in mind. The project was scheduled extremely timely and the crew did a great job. Nick has kept in touch with us to ensure our satisfaction. We would recommend ARC Contraction and will rely on them for any future projects
My house was damaged in the Menasha tornado. I have never contacted this company but I received unsolicited communication via text asking to enter my property to "take a look." When searched on Google, the number that text is associated with a roofing company in Chilton but in the message claims to be with "ARC Contracting." I tried to call ARC to discuss but just get put on hold.
Nick gave us some great advice about our property & information to gather from our insurance company.
Very poor craftsmanship and they only do warranty work for 5 years. If I had to finance this roof it wouldn’t even be paid for before needing replacement. About every 6 months another shingle falls off. Went to fix this one myself seen as it’s 7 years old and out of warranty and noticed over a dozen nails exposed just in one section of roof.
