Salesman was very good, knew his products, however after sale was a different story, project managers don't talk to each other. Wrong material sent for installation, not enough material to complete the job, Wait time for response on questions very long, seems that after sales concerns from customers are not important. ARC advertises a 126 point inspection with the customer,(I would hope) which has not happened. Roofers did not use safety equipment, even after this was pointed out to the project manager on site. We signed our contract on 5/12/18 to have our roof replaced, new gutters and repairs made to our fascia including rotten wood under the damage fascia from a leaking gutter. Our roof could have went a few more years but we thought best to replace everything at once. It was a $19k project, a very large investment for us. I do not recommend ARC contracting. 7-8 years ago we suffered hail damage and ARC was going door to door asking to review the damage and provide estimates. The wife and I decided to move forward with them for the siding, roof, and gutters. The gutters has to be the largest let down of the entire project as they were put up with very small openings for the amount of rain we receive coupled with some degree they clog every rain storm now causing damage inside the home. We just got our roof replaced by Israel n his team they did an amazing job. My husband n i ate going thru them again for windows next.
I was looking for a contractor to quote on replacing windows. On meeting with the consultant he was nice but be prepared for death by PowerPoint 70 page intro to the company. 3 weeks go by and no follow up or quote. For me I was not looking to be sold for an hour on how great their warranty is. I just wanted a contractor quote. I am presuming they are selling a service over a window creating an over priced window but I guess I’ll never know without having seen what the pricing is.
