Had a great experience shopping at ARC. Keith was very helpful and laid back. No pressure, no haggling and left feeling like I got a good deal. The car had a couple of cosmetic issues (cracked tail light lens and a floppy visor) but Keith found replacements and installed them for us the very next day. He also had the vehicle inspected and paid to get the inspection/sticker. No surprise dealer fees and he didn't try to talk us into any extras like warranties/service plans to pump up the price.
