RecommendedI love living here! There is so much space and the amenities are very nice! I love going to the pool and using the tanning bed. All of the staff is super nice and they're always willing to help. I have lived here the past 2 years and I just renewed for my third year. Highly recommend!
RecommendedI have lived here for 2 amazing years and signed for my 3rd!!!! My roommates and I love it here. From the sweet, caring, and helpful staff to the beautiful cozy houses you will always feel safe and at home at ikon! It’s clubhouse is so nice and always open for resident access if you’re a late night studier or gym rat. Ikon is amazing and I would definitely recommend it to everyone!!!
RecommendedKitchen and living room areas are great! The staff and service are always on point and your room is perfect for what you need it for! A desk, personal bathroom, and a walk-in closet. Doesn’t get better!! 10/10 recommended
Has not been a pleasant experience as my roommates and I are treated with disrespect from the office. When an issue arrises the only thing they can think of is fine us college students as if we aren't already paying over $700 a month for the cheapest shack of a house. Also we have had a water leak that was supposed to be dealt with three month ago that is still being investigated.....how hard is it to call a professional inspector to come out and deal with it? Nobody wants to pay $400 for a water bill month after month after... read more
RecommendedCheap rent for a townhome and they have roommate matching. They do not include any utilities in the rent, but you do have the option to rent furniture from them.
RecommendedMoving into Ikon my sophomore year was one of the best decisions my friends and I could have ever made. The rooms are bigger than all the other apartments we looked at and it’s nice being in the the town home feel with a nice kitchen and great living room. I also love having my own space but only being a few doors down from all my friends. The workout room and upstairs study lounge is awesome and soo convenient!! The front desk are so nice and the insta is always up to date with whats going on.
RecommendedMoving into Ikon changed my college experience completely. I really feel like I live in a real neighborhood as opposed to the typical college living arrangement in a dorm or apartment. The homes are so nice and spacious, and there are so many amenities offered from a pool, a full gym, a tanning bed, and maintenance services/front desk help available whenever you need.
