As a whole, Arc at Old Colony has been a decent experience with excellent location and pre-installed utilities, but was a poor decision mostly for its unprofessional management and misleading advertisement. Arc at Old Colony is one of two apartment buildings owned by this property manager, Infinite Chicago being the other. I'll be interning in Chicago and signed a summer housing lease with ARC starting on 29th May. I agree with all the negative reviews here. As an incoming resident at Arc at Old Colony, I am very upset with the way they have treated my case. I am shocked by the lack of professionalism in a large student housing company like ARC.
