I will never set foot in an Arby's again. Fire that employee. Educate your staff. And make that employee apologize in public to that officer. And fire them. Did I say that? I'm done with Arby's and am sure I'm not alone. Good!!
This business won't serve Pembroke Pines Police Officer. Any business that will serve local thugs but not Police does not deserve any business at all.
If there was less than one star this place would get that rating! To deny service to a police officer is beyond disgusting and unacceptable. You better have fired that crazy employee. You will lose a LOT of business because this is all over social media, etc. Get rid of that person if you haven't already.

I will never support your establishment!!! Yesterday one of your managers refused service to a uniformed police officer for the simple reason that she was a police officer. Not acceptable Arby's
Not serving a police sergeant? Being in the police family i find this highly offensive and will no longer patronizing any of your establishments. Your apology said "alleged" which in my mind to you it may not have happened, so basically you are calling that officer a liar. With all that is going on against police today, this should be the last thing an officer needs to worry about. Maybe you need to educate your employees that the police are (were) your friends and should be treated as such.
A disgusting display of bigotry and hate. The "manager" needs to be terminated and a heartfelt apology made to every man and woman out there protecting the Homefront!
