Shameful. An apology is not enough. The employee (I believe a manager?) needs to be fired immediately.
Will never go to an Arby's. Very weak apology by the CEO. he only apologized to save face.
Disgusted in Arby's actions. I can only hope they do the right thing and make a public apology to the police office and department. God help them if they ever call 911!
How dare you refuse service to a uniformed police officer? Disgusting!!!!
Refused service to a cop just because she was in uniform, hope you pieces of shit get fired.
How dare you refuse service to our law enforcement! I will NEVER eat at Arby's again. Shame on you!!!
Refuse service to a police officer ? Pathetic for 19 year old and the manager.
Disgusting how Arby's refused to serve our men or women in blue. I will never eat there again.
If it was possible, I'd give ZERO stars. BIG mistake Arby's in refusing to serve an officer. What the hell is wrong with you people?!? You'll be losing A LOT of business! Well done! Hope you're proud of your employees.
