Sad of your refusal to serve people who despite your hatred of them have sworn an oat to serve and protect you. I think in protest people should go to your drive thru, order and before getting their food, leave without paying.
Unacceptable behavior not serving a police officer. I truly hope upper management will handle this situation.
Totally disgusting how you turned down a police officer at your drive thru. Wow. I'm still in shock. We should be supporting our officers and instead you turn them away. Shame on you and to the person who turner her away You should be FIRED!!!!!!!!!

Count my family & me as those who will NEVER patronize any of your restaurants again! The behavior displayed by one of your "managers" refusing to serve a Police Officer is appalling! I'm sure that Chik-Fil-A has no problem serving Law Enforcement!
So disappointed that your employee in Pembroke Pines, FL decided that it was okay to refuse to serve someone because she was a on duty police officer. That the manager decided that it was something to chuckle about is disgusting. You may want to look at the type of environment that store is fostering until that time I will not be returning to any Arby's
1 star for the CEO's apology, two more upon news that the employee and manager have been dismissed.
