I hope that whoever took part in the officers denial of service be fired immediately. I too would like to see something done corporate and franchise wise in order to try to begin to correct the problem. Til then, i won't be anywhere near your establishment.

If there was a lower rating, I would give it. Arby"s Pembroke Pines manager refused service to one of the very same Pembroke Pines Police Officers that they will call when, not if, they have a problem. I trust the police will be more responsive than Arby's has been. Corporate management claims it was a joke and plans no action against the manager. That's their privilege. Arby's CEO doesn't seem to care either. He is just going to order that ALL Arby's teams get further training? He doesn't have to leave his ivory tower for that and probably will have an assistant write the memorandum. He would own a pair if he immediately fired that employee and either fired the "manager" or demoted him to stock boy for the next five years. While it was only this restaurant, when LEOs boycott ALL Arbys restaurants, the CEO will be called on the carpet when it's shareholders wonder what is going on!
Unacceptable behavior not serving a police officer. I truly hope upper management will handle this situation.
Your Customer Service needs a System Flush! Please review your Policy and Stance toward Law Enforcement! Your manager may not have any common sense, and the Corporate response will be monitored by hundreds if NOT thousands of FORMER patrons.
Beyond words that a police officer was denied the right to eat at your establishment .
I love Arby's, i just love it. But damn man, what is with the management in this P. Pines Arby's? The person needs to be FIRED, period!!!
