ordered a reuben with extra dressing ,they put brisket on my sandwich, when i called, the manager called me a liar and hung up....im cool , i aint messing with this store nomore,
RecommendedWHY do they clean the milkshake machine at 8 PM at the Bellefontaine Ave store??? Second time I’ve gone there recently to get food & shakes & they were cleaning the machine. Both times around 8 PM. Do it at breakfast time or the middle of the night?

In general the service time has much to be desired. And now that the Pepsi is gone and they are only serving Coke products I really don't have much reason to keep going there. The food isn't badd nor is it great But I enjoy having Pepsi with my meal so there's really nothing to lure me there regularly.

Great food and service. Your furthermost outside drive through speaker sounds like your cashier is talking through a sock while holding their hand over their mouth, and the headset microphone is attached to them somewhere around their groin area. This has been this way for several months. Lol.
So I just went through Arby’s to order food said I wanted a chicken bacon and Swiss with just chicken bacon and Swiss the kid taking my order says OK what don’t you want on it I said I don’t know anything other than chicken bacon and Swiss kid says yeah no shit... NO SHIT ... manager said well who did it sound like bc they don’t know who is taking orders.

The super was extra good and juicy after adding more sauce. The onion rings are excellent. And having Diet Dr Pepper topped off the meal. .

The WORST Arby's I've ever had. Always forget stuff. Workers always screwing around, not doing stuff right. Always takes forever. Horrible. last time I went they completely forgot one of my meals, and Arby's isn't cheap so I wasted a pretty penny on it. Don't waste your time going to this one, you'll get better service by going to the one on the west side of town.
Avoid going here during 3rd shift hours they will mess your food up you can count on it. Even the simplest thing like no ranch on your slider or marinara sauce for your mozzarella sticks that you don't have to ask for even though I do every time. Idiots.
